• Q: How long does the cleaning process take?
• A: It depends on the size of mattress, but between 15-20 minutes for a single mattress and about 40 minutes for a double mattress.

 

• Q: How long is it after you finish until we can use the mattress?
• A: It takes about ten minutes for the organic based spray that we use to dry. You can then make the bed and go soundly to sleep.

 

• Q: Can mattress cleaning cure my allergies or Asthma?
• A: No, but most allergy sufferers and asthmatics obtain considerable relief. Approximately 85% of Asthmatics are allergic to the allergens in the excrement of the house Dust Mite and therefore obtain considerable relief. And whilst treatment will not cure Asthma, it may well prevent it

 

• Q: Why can't we vacuum the mattress ourselves?
• A: You can, but there are several things you should consider first. Firstly, if your vacuum filter does have a HEPA filter like ours, then too much of what you hoover up may be blown back into the room. This could trigger an asthma attack or other allergies.

 

• Q: What's in the spray that you use and what does it do?
• A: Our mattress hygiene spray is 100% chemical free. It is organic, the main active ingredients are Citrus Bioxide and water. It is a highly effective deodorising and sanitising spray that neutralises and renders harmless the allergens created by dust mites. It is suitable for mattresses, bedding, carpets and upholstery.

 

• Q: How old does a mattress have to be before it's cleaned.
• A: We have found that a new mattress if used regularly, would benefit from cleaning after as little as six months.

 

• Q: Can an old mattress be effectively cleaned?
• A: Yes. Mattresses that are old have much higher levels of dust mites and droppings, dead skin, fungal spores, bacteria and germs. Our process is extremely effective and will make them clean and fresh again.
